MEXIPC, S.A. de C.V. informs that it does not request, collect, or use sensitive personal data, understood as those revealing aspects such as ethnic or racial origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preferences.
If such information is voluntarily provided by the data subject, MEXIPC undertakes not to use it for any purpose and to safeguard it in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, integrity, and legality established in applicable legislation.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data will be used for the following purposes:
Primary (necessary):

4. Processing of Candidate Résumé Information
MEXIPC may receive résumé information from individuals interested in joining its workforce, either through direct submission, recruitment platforms, job fairs, or other authorized means. The personal data contained in such résumés —including name, contact details, academic background, work experience, skills, certifications, references, and any other data voluntarily provided by the candidate— will be processed exclusively for purposes of analysis, evaluation, and possible contact during recruitment and selection processes.
MEXIPC undertakes to safeguard such information under strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures, preventing disclosure or transfer to unauthorized third parties. If a candidate is not selected, their information will be retained for a reasonable period for future opportunities, unless the data subject requests its deletion in accordance with ARCO rights.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
MEXIPC may transfer personal data to national or foreign third parties in the following cases:
a) Competent authorities, in compliance with legal obligations.
b) Affiliates, subsidiaries, or business partners, for purposes related to the provision of services.
c) Service providers that support operational functions, under confidentiality agreements.
Transfers not requiring consent will be carried out pursuant to Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
6. ARCO Rights
Data subjects have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the processing of their personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise these rights, a request must be sent to the email: privacidad@mexipc.com including:
a) Full name of the data subject.
b) Documents proving their identity.
c) A clear description of the data and the right they wish to exercise.
d) Any other element that facilitates the location of the data.
MEXIPC will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request.
If the data subject does not express opposition or exercise ARCO rights within such term, it will be understood that they tacitly consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purposes established in this Privacy Notice.
7. Options to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Data
The data subject may limit the use or disclosure of their personal data by:
a) Registering with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP).
